If you aren’t familiar with Port 1961 then you need to be. Port 1961 is a line that is synonymous with sophistication. It has always been a line consisting of classic structured pieces and their Spring 2011 RTW continues with that tradition. Full of draped, silky tops as well as structured bottoms this line is full of trendy sophistication.
A peak after the jump.
Once again the white dress makes an appearance on the runway in a completely different way. From the front it may appear to be a standard white dress but the back detail tells a different story.
You can never have too many black dresses especially when it’s two styles wrapped in one. Only with silk can you successfully achieve this draped and gathered look. Both of these dresses are date appropriate. Black may not be the go to color for spring, but you can’t deny how good it looks on!
This by far is my favorite look from the line. Brown/bronze is such a fall color, but with a brightly colored cardigan this look instantly screams spring. This looks is very recession friendly. Who doesn’t want pieces that can translate among seasons? Talk about getting your money’s worth.
